Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Act 599) .

  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or do not match their description. This applies even to "final sale" or discounted items .

  • For "Future Services Contracts" (e.g., packages for beauty treatments, gym memberships, classes), you have the right to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, subject to a maximum cancellation fee of 5% of the total contract price .

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 10 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return .

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging .

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged :

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., earrings, swimwear, cosmetics) where the seal has been broken.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and send it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. These costs are non-refundable .

  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If we confirm the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping .

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee .

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund .

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days .

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
